Planning is underway for the 2027 Farm to Fork Summit & Expo. We're currently seeking sponsors and speakers who share a passion for local food, agriculture, and rural communities. Neil Rudisill
Jackson County Executive Director for the Farm Service Agency
Neil Rudisill is the Jackson County Executive Director for the Farm Service Agency. Mr. Rudisill has expertise in small-scale specialty crop production systems specifically within the urban setting. In 2012 he purchased property in the urban core of Kansas City, Missouri to build and manage a half-acre specialty crop farm. The farm uses small scale techniques such as high tunnels,greenhouses, walk in coolers with cool bots, BCS tractors, Jang seeders, and paper pot transplanters. Currently Mr. Rudisill serves the urban and rural farming industry as acting as Jackson County Executive Director.
