Planning is underway for the 2027 Farm to Fork Summit & Expo. We're currently seeking sponsors and speakers who share a passion for local food, agriculture, and rural communities. Maria Dietz Spade
Owner of Lazy Daizy Farm, a small sheep dairy
Maria Dietz Spade is the owner of Lazy Daizy Farm, a small sheep dairy in Green Ridge, Missouri, where she focuses on producing high-quality dairy sheep with strong udder conformation and improved milk production. After acquiring her first East Friesian/Lacaune ewes in 2020, Mariah as steadily grown her herd and now milks 12 ewes. She is an active member of the Dairy Sheep Association of North America and participates in its Genetic Evaluation Program, using data-driven tools to strengthen herd performance and long-term viability.
