Founder of Roots and Harvest Regional Food Hub and Heritage Homestead Community Market.
Jasmin LaBlanc is the visionary behind Heritage Homestead, a family-run farm dedicated to sustainable and ancestral practices, raising a variety of meats, flowers, dairy, and vegetables. In 2023, Jasmin founded the Ash Grove Farmers Market, which quickly became a community favorite, earning the title of Missouri’s #1 farmers market in its very first year. In response to the challenges small farmers face in scaling their businesses, she launched the Roots and Harvest Regional Food Hub in 2024 to support growth without burdening farmers with overwhelming debt. Her most recent endeavor, the Roots and Harvest Community Market, opened in September 2024, creating a central, year-round venue where farmers can sell their products, increasing access to local food for the community.
