Lawanna and her family started selling farm fresh beef as Salmon Enterprises LLC from their St Clair County farm in 2020; it was to get quality local farm fresh beef directly to people so they would enjoy eating beef. As a business, they have stayed with this motto as they've grown. They strive to get more and more quality local beef out to more people. They now supply beef not only to families and individuals but to school districts too. For Lawanna, it is truly an honor to know that students will be getting quality local farm fresh beef!
