Planning is underway for the 2027 Farm to Fork Summit & Expo. We're currently seeking sponsors and speakers who share a passion for local food, agriculture, and rural communities. Chef Dyllan Dale

Owner of Wild Foods by Dyllan

Chef Dyllan Dale is the owner of Wild Foods by Dyllan and brings more than ten years of culinary experience, including five years specializing in foraged and hyper local food. Dyllan creates immersive on farm and farm to table dining experiences where 100 percent of the food served is sourced from local markets and foraged ingredients. In addition to cooking, Dyllan teaches foraging classes and leads private land walks to help people identify edible plants on their own land. Dyllan also works closely with local farmers and locally owned businesses to deliver truly place based dining experiences.
