It’s Farm to Fork February!

West Central Missouri’s 3rd annual Farm to Fork Summit goes online in 2021 with speakers and sessions every Tuesday afternoon on Feb 2, Feb. 9, and Feb. 16. Check out the schedule and sign up for updates below. Tickets available soon!




Farm to Fork will have main stage speakers 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. each day and breakout sessions 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. We will celebrate local food our last day 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. with a special cooking together event! 

Day 1: Tuesday, Feb. 2, 2021

Keynote Marshall Stewart, University of Missouri Extension

Marshall Stewart is Vice Chancellor for Extension and Engagement at the University of Missouri. His keynote presentation will focus on the power of regional food networks to build Missouri opportunity.

Throughout his 30-year career — previously in North Carolina and now at Mizzou — Dr. Stewart has been recognized for his expertise in leadership development, strategic planning, legislative affairs, youth and agricultural education and advocacy, and engagement in higher education. At Mizzou, Dr. Stewart leads university-wide extension, engagement, and outreach, overseeing a budget of $82 million a year, with 650 faculty and staff.

It’s not a Farm to Fork Summit without some great local food, right!? Well, this year we invite you all to join this final evening in preparing and enjoying an online meal together. We are also working up plans to get actual local ingredients to you for cooking together. Stay tuned!
